Can I edit the templates?
YES! You can edit any of the Microsoft WORD templates in this shop! If you do not have Microsoft Word you can use libreoffice.com as an alternative -it's FREE!!
Do you see ‘View-only’?. If this happens, please click "Enable permissions/Editing" when prompted once opening the document (yellow bar).
Alternatively, you can save a copy of the document under a different name and then should be able to edit!

Are the adobe acrobat files hybrid? can i print the form and fill it out manually? and fill out digitally?
Yes! The templates are designed to be printed and not have any information cut off. That means no drop down menu’s or roll selection bars. Everything on the form will be printed as you see it.
What are the Page sizes of the templates & can they be changed?
LETTER & LEGAL are the main sizes and YES! The page sizes can be changed in WORD or Libre Office
Can I re sell or distribute your forms or digital prints as freebies?
NO. The templates are for daily home care business use and are not permitted to be resold or redistributed for profit, or given as a freebie. If it is found that these forms are being used for financial gain legal action will be taken.
Can the policy & procedures be used in any State?
Yes! Your specific Company informs and State laws will need to be entered by you in the Policies and Procedures in the spots indicated throughout. The document is fully editable and has instructions on how edit the document.
